We are 100% licensed builders, bonded and insured. We have had the same craftsmen since our founding in 2004. These are people that I learned from when I began when I was a young teenager, and who have guided me through my career. Quality comes before anything. Over 1000+ jobs later, I would like to say we have made a real difference in the Metro Detroit Roofing Industry. I love getting up everyday and going to a different location. I get to work outside, I have an office but I'm not stuck there. Every job is different, every customer is different. Over 16 years, usually from the top of a roof, I literally get to see the seasons change before my eyes. I see a beautiful sunrise and sunset almost every day.

I hired BCD to install venting on my roof to accommodate a whole-house fan I recently installed. Bryan worked with me for the entire trial-and-error process, and eventually got my fan's venting to a point where I was extremely happy with its functioning. This wasn't a typical job, and Bryan showed a willingness to do whatever was needed to solve the problem. Highly recommended!

Bryan and his crew we're awesome. There we're a few minor things that needed attention after the crew left and Bryan took care of them and made sure we were completely satisfied with our new roof. He did not want payment until the job was done and we were happy. Totally professional and very friendly. We will absolutely use BCD if the need arises. GREAT JOB!!

Put a new roof on the house. Complete tear off of the 20 year old, 3 tab shingles on about 60 sq of roofing. After getting a few quotes we hired Bryan because of his responsiveness and dedication. He’s the owner and is at every job site. He is knowledgeable and realistic in his assessments. He explains his plans and reasons for making them so it’s clear what and why he’s doing it. He kept me updated on the progress throughout and made sure he had enough materials, staff, and time for the job before starting so there wouldn’t be any delays. A great experience overall with very competitive pricing and personalized service from a local small business company.
