- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have set pricing because each situation is different. I always over deliver and feel that my services are priced accordingly. I like to work with the client and come up with a plan that suits both of our needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with clients and get a feel for what they would like to accomplish as well as any interests they may have. I gauge the skill level and tailor the classes to accomplish their goals. I like to talk about tools, food, techniques, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done catering, ran a successful farm market stand, owned a personal business selling kitchen products and am the lead instructor for Williams Sonoma Eastwood Town Center. I am knowledgeable about products and techniques and my skills have been honed over many years of education and training.
