- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Inquiry - You reach out to us and tell us about your needs. Qualification - This is where we discuss your vision, project timeline, budgetary needs and decide if we're right for each other. In-Person Consultation - Meet in person on site to go over the specifics. Bid Agreement - The Bid Agreement requires a fee to receive an estimate on the materials and labor costs to complete your project that, if accepted, will come out of the final cost. Construction Contract - This is the contract indicating the total cost of the project and details the scope of work from start to finish. Preparation - We coordinate trades and suppliers and prepare the jobsite for work. Construction - You see your project being completed! All projects are backed by our 5 year warranty.
