Introduction: After working for several commercial cleaning companies, I decided to start my own cleaning company. I provide quality service at an affordable price. Most companies have multiple accounts and can't provide personal service like I can. When you hire One Man And A Dust Pan, you get only 1 cleaner. ME, the owner every time. I will only take on 3-4 customers and that is it! Less customers means more personal attention. I have less over head which I pass the savings down to you.

1- Walk thru job 2- Ask client their needs and what I can do to save them money 3- submit proposal within 24 hours 4- after contract signed and work is started, customer receives weekly updates
