FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When dealing with wildlife-related problems we always start with an inspection first. There is a service call fee associated with that, however, it is counted towards the quote to solve the issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the problems the client is currently dealing with. Go over the different programs/solutions we offer. Go and execute the solution once both parties agree to the expectations set out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
