- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It generally takes me 15-30 minutes to see what you need but most importantly why you need it. Then we see what works best to schedule your installation. THAT'S IT!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with ADT services authorized dealership in 1999. I was employee of the month the same month. 3 months later promoted to training manager. 2 years later promoted to general manager for over 9 years. And 2 years office manager. Now I work directly with my customer directly to insure the best services.
