Let us handle your biggest stressors! - Hiring My Health Freaks is like having your own personal manager. That’s right, we are lifestyle managers! Reducing stress and inflammation is our priority!! We offer: Weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly cleaning Focus cleaning (target an area top to bottom) Grocery Shopping and Meal-Prep Booking of contractors/ Project Management Laundry Service Handyman Services Organization of any space Declutter and removal of Donations Gardening/Mulching Move in/out Services Packing/Unpacking Services Our Rates: - $50 per man hour first time services, minimum of 3 hours, 4 hours if you have pets. - $45 per man hour for reoccurring clients. PERKS with My Health Freaks: - $25 towards your next cleaning for referrals (after their first cleaning) - $10 towards your next cleaning, leaving us a review.

Excellent team of people! Highly recommend them if you are looking for a cleaning team. I had a very urgent last minute request for a move out cleaning of my home and they got me in the very next day! Not only that but got to my house earlier than expected because they didn't want me to miss out on any house showings. Additionally, they spent extra time at my house to ensure it looked spotless. Couldn't say enough good stuff about them!

Extremely satisfied with the thorough cleaning job! Scheduling with Amy was a breeze. Amy was friendly, communicated quickly, and worked hard to get us in before an important dinner party. Kyle’s cleaning was some of the most detail oriented cleaning we have ever had. Kyle was incredible friendly, paid extra attention to our special requests, was great with our dog, and communicated incredibly well. I highly recommend My Health Freaks for cleaning!
