A tree fell in my back yard, taking with it the electrical power line to the house. Steve was very responsive to provide an estimate and perform the repair work. We were able to complete everything within a week despite a bit of challenging weather. He is thorough and wanted to make sure that every step of the repair process was understood. He also used quality electrical hardware and provided me with details on options. I’ll use him again for future electrical work.

I live in a really old house built in 1936 so there’s always fun surprises when trying to do anything. I got a fancy new electric dryer which was replacing a gas one that was burning holes in all my bedding and clothes. I needed Steve to install a 240V outlet - only a 120V existed for the old dryer. Steve went over every option and explained everything he was doing. He was also willing to go the extra mile and stayed to do the job per my request... Even though he was only scheduled for an estimate and it was very late in the day. He was on time, cleaned up after himself, and even moved some items out of his way near the electrical box for me. The house wiring is so ancient it has cloth sheath covering and no ground due to the age of installation. He knew exactly what to do with the old wiring and completed the job quickly. It was a job well done and very much appreciated. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Working with Steve was great. The electrical in our house was a bit of a mess. Steve was able to quote the work we desired (replace the panel and add ground to the house), as well as provide recommendations on how best to approach want we needed. He quoted a fair price and was professional and respectful of our home while working. His work far exceeded expectation. He is incredibly detailed with his work and every wire was orderly and neatly run and connected. Steve is exactly the person you want completing Electrial work in your home or place of business. Steve was and is an excellent electrician and person to work with. Steve installed our new hot tub. The hot tub was 80+ feet away from the electrical box. Steve was able to run the wires in piping to the correct location and also make it look very nice. Steve communicated very well with me along the way, always keeping me in the loop and asking my opinion if he had to change anything. When Steve said he was going to be there, or said he was going to do something he always followed through. While he was installing our hot tub, we were so impressed with his work and honesty that we hired him for a second job, which he was able to complete in 1 day. He treated us like we were his only clients. We had an absolute perfect and positive experience. He was also very knowledgeable about the permit process and really helped make sure our hot tub was up to code and passed inspection. He worked with us every step of the way. If we ever have any electrical work in the future we will always reach out to Steve first. Thank you for making the installation of our hot tub painless. You did an excellent job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In electrical, in order to give a quote, 90% of the time I need to see the job. Photos are good but don't answer all the questions. Unless the client is willing to answer questions over a phone conversation and measure distances and decide on other factors, its not easy to be accurate on the quote. Even a "ballpark" number can be why off. I always suggest to see the job for myself, in person.
