We had an issue with our 27-year-old AC running constantly but not cooling, and Van was able to come out promptly to diagnose the problem. He checked refrigerant levels, added what was needed, and thoroughly inspected the system, including pressures and airflow. He explained everything clearly, including the potential for a slow leak and the realistic lifespan of our older system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions, making sure we understood our options without pressure. We appreciated his thoroughness and transparency during the visit. Would recommend him for HVAC diagnostics and repairs, and we will keep him in mind for future HVAC needs.
