We had an issue with our 27-year-old AC running constantly but not cooling, and Van was able to come out promptly to diagnose the problem. He checked refrigerant levels, added what was needed, and thoroughly inspected the system, including pressures and airflow. He explained everything clearly, including the potential for a slow leak and the realistic lifespan of our older system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions, making sure we understood our options without pressure. We appreciated his thoroughness and transparency during the visit. Would recommend him for HVAC diagnostics and repairs, and we will keep him in mind for future HVAC needs.

It is an honor to write this recommendation on behalf of Van Ness Vaugh and his handyman service: Van at your Service, a title in which he was true to form during our bath remodel on 11/23/2024. Van arrived at his scheduled time of 9:00 AM sharp and diligently worked until after 7:00 PM, ensuring the job was done and done right! We could not have been more pleased with the end result, exercising quality and rigor as if it were his own home. Yet his A+ work was no surprise as he meticulously and caringly walked us through the job prior to his work, including the bill of materials to mitigate cost with respect to our budget. Van personifies what all customers hope to receive when a new person enters their home: Integrity by way of trust, hard work, and attention to detail as if it were his home. Because of this, Van receives our highest recommendation as he is definitely a focused young man who demonstrates services leadership.
