Kayla R says, "Sandison is the best plumbing service! I've had several plumbing emergencies and jobs over the years in my home and I wish I'd found Sandison sooner. They worked two jobs in Feb 2025 for me, one emergency and another on a tight deadline.The emergency came from a sump pump failure that risked flooding my basement. I called around 9 PM on a weekday and they arrived the same evening. They worked with me being out-of-state at the time and were able to send over pictures and communicate every step of the way. The gentleman answering the phone (I think his name is James) is great at customer service -- very professional and reassuring in a crisis. The technician arrived on schedule and the company is very quick to respond back via text with the estimate of work before starting the job. I was able to speak to the plumber on site too so that I could understand the whole situation. The job was finished that evening and the house left in great shape afterwards.The next week I called Sandison for a gas line replacement. They understood I was on a tight deadline to get this completed and were able to accommodate my schedule. They documented everything on both instances very clearly and their rates are very reasonable for their great work. I've had other bigger company plumbers come out, provide half the quality of service in terms of communication and scheduling, and charge much more. Sandison is great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services."See more
