If you need someone to deal with plumbing issues, don't even bother reading other reviews or considering other plumbers. And don't let the service charge dissuade you. I can't say enough good things about Jamyre. He is polite, personable, punctual, neat, organized, patient and very smart. But the most important trait he has, even more important than the rest listed above is he is honest. Very honest. He didn't come to sell me things I didn't need. He spent his time to properly diagnose the issue I had. This issue, a ceiling leak caused by water from our shower, has been ongoing for several years. I have had different plumbers tell me it was due to various issues ranging in price from $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 to fix. Jamyre took his time and looked at everything and explained to me why he didn't think it was the more serious issues. He backed up everything he said with technical plumbing knowledge. He concluded it was just a caulking issue and tested his conclusion by caulking a couple of different areas, waiting for them to dry and then letting the water run. And sure enough, he was right. After he caulked, there was no more water leaking from the ceiling. He could've easily said the same thing the others did and asked for thousands of dollars to fix an issue as simple as caulking but he didn't. He was honest every step of the way. Don't waste your time on others. Jamyre is who you want to hire. He is who I'm going to for all my plumbing needs. Jamyre, thank you so much!

Jamyre helped me and my fiance out in a pinch with an unexpected blocked shower drain. He made it out same-day, after hours on a Saturday and was communicative and worked cleanly and quickly on the repair. He was super responsive to chats as well, which was much appreciated considering the urgency of the repair.
