Alex is a plumber's plumber and a contractor's contractor. Alex was 1 of 11 contractors who bid for this project to add a shower to my basement half-bath. I got good vibes from him from the start. As a licensed journeyman plumber, he knows plumbing, which was my #1 concern because once you close up the floor, if there are issues, the floor has to be opened back up. He moved plumbing for the vanity, moved the toilet drain over, added a shower drain,closed everything back up. Prior to that, he did the demo without getting dust all over the place. He laid the tile, making sure the basement ground was level. He installed the shower, fixed the drywall to perfection, installed a high cfm exhaust fan, painted, changed the lighting. He does it all and takes pride in his work and keeps his word. He started the day he said he would start. He couldn't come out one day due to inclement weather but came on a Saturday AND Sunday just to stay on schedule. I give Alex my highest recommendation. And as a lawyer, I am a tough grader. I posted a before picture and after picture.
