FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have been in the industry for over 30 years. Though the issue may be new to you, we've seen it before and have a general idea what it will take to resolve. Because of that we are able to offer flat rates. We won't send the new guy and rack up a large invoice of hours. If we say two hours, that's what you'll pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we want to meet and discuss your needs and challenges across the entire office. Your primary issue may or may not be related to environment, habits, or users and until we know the whole picture, we can't offer a solution. If you're looking for a quick break/fix solution, we are not for you. We are all about the long term relationships with our clients. Some span 15 years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I have been in IT for 30 years. I have various Microsoft, HP, and CompTIA certifications. But, nothing beats working in the field instead of behind a desk. YouTube has videos on the how and what, we actually know the why.
