- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we believe in a flat fee pricing system for all of our criminal defense matters, traffic and intellectual property cases that we accept. For the personal injury related matters we charge the traditional contingency fee 1/3 of any verdict or settlement we procure on your behalf aka...we don't paid if we don't recover on your behalf! Lastly for corporate matters we charge $150 per hour with a negotiated cap on services rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend a considerable amount of time with our clients harvesting the facts of the legal situation at hand, getting to know our clients as people and their families or business. This assists us greatly in our representation. We keep clients abreast of court hearings, significant filings in court and up to date with trial strategy.
