We had a great experience with Thrifty Plumbing. Mark replaced our 25 yr old toilet with a new one we had purchased at Home Depot. The wax ring that came with it was somewhat deformed and Mark added extra wax he had to assure a good seal. Nice work. We are pleased!

We had 3 rusted valves which needed replacement before the City could replace old water meter with the new one. Johan did a very good job and in a reasonable price. Water was dripping from one of the valves after replacement work was completed. Johan came back couple of days later to fix it and didn’t charge me for the second visit. I would recommend him for plumbing work.

Steve did an excellent job!! He took it upon himself to go to three different places to match my existing tile to complete my repair. He was very personable and has high standards for the work that he does. He was also able to complete most of the repair while I was at work, which saved a lot of time as well as being nice to look at when I arrived home. I would highly recommend Steve and will be hiring him again soon for another plumbing repair.

Chris responded promptly to my initial call and came out to give me an estimate and explain the pros and cons of a tankless system. He is personable and easy to talk with. My tankless heater was installed in a day. That included removing my old tank and plumbing in the new tankless unit. Space was critical with this job and Chris worked with me to optimize the area. When the work was done we had a well installed system with limitless hot water. Bonus: When we clean and refill our hottub, we can connect a hose directly to the tankless unit and have a tub ready to go rather than waiting for the tub to heat the water.
