- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair and transparent pricing. Quotes are based on the type of repair, labor time, and whether travel is required. Customers who already have their own parts can often save money. I also offer competitive rates compared to traditional repair shops and occasionally provide discounts for repeat customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer for details about the issue they’re having and gather information about their vehicle. If possible, I review photos/videos or discuss symptoms to help diagnose the problem. Then I provide a clear quote, schedule the repair, complete the work efficiently, and make sure the customer understands what was fixed before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my experience through hands-on mechanical work, independent study, repair manuals, and real-world repairs on multiple vehicle makes and models. I continue learning through online certifications, tutorials, and staying updated on common repair procedures and diagnostics
