- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a phone consultation happens first where job details are outlined by the customer. Followed by a time analysis and cost estimation. The customer is then given the opportunity to schedule service at earliest possible time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Due to the variety of the work able be performed my experience comes from working under different types of trade professional in addition to being self taught on my own personal experiences.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like to be able to say, "I built that." Sense of pride.
