I have three properties that Al Phillips manages for the past 3 years. I have been so happy with his prompt responses to all my needs.
He is quick to find a tenant, remove a tenant when necessary and also to get repairs done is a timely and affordable manner. He is extremely professional and does an amazing job as an affordable price. Finally, he is very organized and has a wonderful web portal so that I can see the history of each of my rentals.

For the past almost 3 years, Al has handled managing a condo rental for my brothers and I. He's extremely professional in all of his communications and based on that, he is now going to be marketing the condo for sale.I have the utmost confidence that he'll do his best at that as well.
