- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
LISTING CONSULTATION FREE To include: In Home one on one walk through of the home, comparable market value analysis, marketing plan, personal sale statistics, seller net sheet, and pre-listing packet. All sellers will need to be present. We will discuss commission at this time though no payment will be taken. All commissions are paid at time of closing. If the home doesn't close then you pay nothing. BUYER CONSULTATION: FREE To Include: One on One Want/Needs Analysis, review of buyer expectations and agent fiduciary responsibilities, roadmap of buying process, home purchasing packet/buying guide, vendor contacts, and initial MLS home search and showing appointment scheduling. Realtor services to the Buyer are always free as the commission is always paid for by the seller. Contact me for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start with a consultation where I take my clients through the process depending on each person's unique situation. During this time we discuss their options that will yield the best results according to their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Realty Executives requires constant educational classes, to keep us up-to-date with current regulations and training. I am also required to attend educational courses year round which allows my clients to receive up-to-date information..
