Working with Serafina was wonderful! We met Serafina back in July of 2015 at an open house. At the time that my husband and I met her, we were not able to purchase a new home due to our having a Deed in lieu on our previous mortgage. There was a three year waiting period that we had to endure before purchasing a new home. Serafina made a connection with our family in that first meeting, and she took my number and kept in contact with me. She'd always contact me if she thought there was a way to help us purchase a home sooner than our three year waiting period. She was very persistent and seemed to truly care about helping our dream of owning a new home a reality. From the time that we met Serafina, we were approached by three other very knowledgeable Realtors who wanted to work with us. But we had already made a strong connection with Serafina. When we met her, we instantly "clicked." Serafina is very warm, knowledgeable, and diligent to meet the needs of her clients. Her clients are not just "clients" -- she treats them like friends. To say that Serafina is a great real estate agent would be doing her such an injustice... shes so much more than that... she becomes part of your extended family.. Serafina is so plugged in to what the market currently is she can assist you in maximizing your sale value by actually spending some money and making the house better for your buyer!! Win win for everyone... but it gets better, when youre ready to look for your next home Serafina takes all your wish list items and somehow some way is able to get multiple homes within budget for you look at... What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
LISTING CONSULTATION FREE To include: In Home one on one walk through of the home, comparable market value analysis, marketing plan, personal sale statistics, seller net sheet, and pre-listing packet. All sellers will need to be present. We will discuss commission at this time though no payment will be taken. All commissions are paid at time of closing. If the home doesn't close then you pay nothing. BUYER CONSULTATION: FREE To Include: One on One Want/Needs Analysis, review of buyer expectations and agent fiduciary responsibilities, roadmap of buying process, home purchasing packet/buying guide, vendor contacts, and initial MLS home search and showing appointment scheduling. Realtor services to the Buyer are always free as the commission is always paid for by the seller. Contact me for more information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start with a consultation where I take my clients through the process depending on each person's unique situation. During this time we discuss their options that will yield the best results according to their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Realty Executives requires constant educational classes, to keep us up-to-date with current regulations and training. I am also required to attend educational courses year round which allows my clients to receive up-to-date information..
