Stephanie is an awesome yoga instructor! Her knowledge and skill are apparent in how she leads the class. Every session is challenging but also relaxing. She has a soothe and calming voice of instruction. I would and have recommended her to others and they all have enjoyed her class.

LOVE Christian Yoga with Stephanie Shell! She challenges me physically, and provides "beginner" alternatives when she's pushing my physical limitations. This is a great way to relax and get both a physical and spiritual tune up!

I really like Stephanie's teaching style. She challenges you every time to try something new. Each class brings new poses and even being a beginner I feel like I can learn and grow each time without feeling the pressure of having to master it!

I have a 200 hr RYT and a 300 hr RYT in Yoga Therapy I also have a 20 hr Yin yoga training cert, and a Dementia yoga cert
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with practicing yoga and how transformative it is. I had to wait till my kids were a little older before committing to the training.
