- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices per training session vary due to commitment level of the client. Anywhere from $30-$60 for one on one training. Buddy and Group training rates avaliable as well. All classes are $15/class or $130 for a 10 class punch card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down and do an orientation going over goals, fitness level, exercise history, body fat %, injuries, nutrition, as well as a short training session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly evolving and learning new exercises
