This company provided us with an excellent first experience. They responded quickly to our project, came out to this site right away, provided an immediate onsite quote and were able to fit us into their schedule the very next day. They crew called and arrived in a timely manner and did a wonderful job replacing the section of sidewalk that we required. Based on our experience I would definitely work with this company again and recommend them to family and friends in need of cement work

I contacted Elite In May 2023 to (1) tuck point around my house; (2) replace a cement slab in my walk way; (3) install a handrail, (4) replace a section of limestone; and (5) power wash and apply sand and sealer to my patio and walkway.
The written quote provided was detailed and reasonable. I received 3 written quotes for this project (and one-off the top of the head).
All work was done very timely. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally. All calls or messages were returned or answered promptly by the owner. The crew were helpful and courteous throughout the project. My property was respected
My neighbor also had Elite do a job for her while they were in the neighborhood.
I would recommend this company and would hire them again.

We were seeking a solution to water coming into a room built on a concrete patio slab. After looking into and trying some band-aid fixes like injection leveling that didn't fully solve the problem, this is where our path crossed with Elite Renovations.
Rudy showed up and immediately displayed a very high level of knowledge, transparency, and professionalism. He owned our experience from start to finish with complete transparency and was always a pleasure to work with. He identified and advocated for the right way to fix the problem, rebuilding the outside portion of the slab, from the start and we never felt deceived or ghosted. The end results are phenomenal and represent a job done right.
In addition to the high quality, Elite also delivered a competitive and fair estimate for the work and they were by far the most eager to do the job compared to others.

Dan and his crew of professionals execute my job so fast and with attention to detail. They were so nice about my sleeping hours since I work midnights. I wish I took before and after pics but just know my back stairs was a mess. I didn’t have back stairs to my house I had a pile of blocks set up like stairs from the previous owner. Dan and his crew gave my house the stairs in spec with Livonia standards and gave my house more character. They are a professional group of concrete angels. Thanks Dan and crew God bless until next project stay safe. Hire them if you need if don’t right!!! And for a good price!!!
