- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each venue is a little different, prices vary a little here and there. Lighting requirements, karaoke availability, distance to the venue and the number of people attending all make a little difference in the final quote. We offer a 10% discount to veterans, police and firefighters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings, we like to have a personal consultation and interview. Our customers can pick music and help us coordinate times. We can help them determine what they need to happen at their venue, and make sure it happens right on cue. Outdoor venues, house parties, large halls... each venue has unique characteristics to address, and we're quite good at it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40 years electronic service and design, 40 years music performance and composition, 26 years computer programming and IT services. I am a US Navy veteran with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
