I cannot say enough good things about Rashida at RMA bookkeeping solutions! I am an independent artist and I know literally nothing about finance, numbers, or record keeping. I am usually drowning trying to keep up with my records, especially around tax time. Rashida makes complicated finance issues plain for me, directly handles my documents, helps with filing taxes, monitoring my finances and clearly advises me toward budgeting options and resources based on my art income. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several pricing packages to fit the needs of each business. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount on the first month of recurring bookkeeping services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we've entered into an engagement with a new customer, we conduct an Onboarding session to get the client acclimated with our firm and vice versa. The Onboarding meeting is designed to establish 3rd party system integrations, ensure the client is familiar with the systems used for communications, and address any questions or concerns the new customer may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. I also have a Bachelors in Accounting, an MBA in Finance, and over 20 years of professional experience.
