Mr. U's Math Tutoring

With over 13 years of experience teaching mathematics to students in grades 6–12, I bring both a deep passion for math and a proven track record of helping students succeed. I specialize in making challenging concepts accessible, whether you're preparing for the SAT or building a strong foundation in Algebra, Geometry, or Pre-Calculus. I began my academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from a respected university in Bangladesh. Driven by a love for teaching, I moved to the U.S. to complete my Graduate Teacher Certification at Grand Valley State University, becoming a certified secondary Mathematics and Physics teacher in 2011. I later earned my Master’s degree in Instruction and Curriculum in 2014. Over the years, I’ve taught a wide range of math courses at the high school level and am currently teaching middle school math. This broad experience helps me connect with students at every stage of their academic journey. I’m passionate about guiding students to not only improve their math skills but to build confidence and develop a lifelong curiosity for learning.
