- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our in-home design services, as well as our delivery/installation service costs $150 per hour. The artwork, accessories, and framing do vary in price based on size, originality and other factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We greet every client who walks through our doors warmly. After letting them walk around for a few minutes, we see what kind of art they are looking for. Having pictures of the space to be decorated is highly recommended, as well as a budget and measurements. While our physical gallery location specializes in artwork and home accessories, we have extensive resources for furnishings, wall coverings, textiles and more to help clients through the entire decorating process if required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every gallery team member has a background in art and/or design. Collectively, the team possesses degrees from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, extensive experience, and affiliations with ASID an PPFA.
