Very satisfied with the work done. Had them over to fix a broken pipe a year after installation and they came over and fixed it no charge. Really comfortable working with Kelly from the service team.

They were able to fit me in right away and provided a free detailed inspection. Low pressure and personalized options made it very easy to trust their recommendations. Extremely knowledgeable in crawl space science. I’ll post pics after the work is done! Looking forward to having a clean healthy crawl space and brand new gutters. Very affordable!

Lifetime warrantyI found this company through Angies' list and hired them on April 2017 . It was pleasant experiences because they were very easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. The best part of this company is that they offer lifetime warranty. I hired them again in my new home last month, Nov. 2017. Last week, I found there was leak on my basement wall again which they repaired it on April 2017. I contacted them with pictures by email, and explained that this home is on sale and should be fixed as soon as possible. They responsed me almost instantly by call, and set an appointment promptly. Today, a very nice man came to my house and did a wonderful job without any charge and he cleaned up nicely after he was done. I was so happy and impressed with their services. I will definitely recommend HomeSpec Basement to anyone. Thanks a lot!!!
