I have been in the catering business for over 30 years. My services are for bartending and waitress staff for parties, for any type of catering event such as weddings, funerals, graduation parties, anniversaries, tailgate parties, etc. When I bartend, I will come to your party and take care of the bar, and serve drinks and help in any way, so that you can enjoy yourself at your event. When I am a waitress, I will be there to set up, help prepare food, clean up and help in any way, so that you can enjoy your party and not worry about anything.
I have also been hired as a wedding planner for (2) weddings. I can also get other staff, if needed, to help with your party. Catering companies and hotels that I have worked for in the past include Campbell Catering, Professional Party Planners, Nip & Sip Catering, Tarpoff Catering, Dewitt Catering, Hilton Inn, and Sheraton Hotel (Lexington).
I have built a clientele that I work for when they have events. I also am the bartender for Karoub & Associates which is a lobby firm downtown Lansing. You will be very happy with my services. What people love about me is that when they know that I am at their parties, they can enjoy themselves and not worry about making sure that guests are happy. I am professional. I can make suggestions when planning parties to make your party/event a success.

Doreen went above and beyond as the bartender at our event on Michigan State campus! She offered to help during set-up with our food, during the slow times at our event, she cleared tables, and she helped clear up at the end of the night. We are so appreciative of her help, especially since we scheduled her so last minute!!

Doreen and her employees were incredible to work with before and during my wedding (~80 guests)! She was extremely responsive to our exchanges before the event and from what I saw, everything went perfectly with the food set up and clean-up at the wedding. Because I delegated day-of communication with Doreen to other wedding party members and we had extensively reviewed the list of tasks during the ceremony and reception, I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding without having to worry about any of the food, desserts, or drinks. I would definitely recommend Doreen's help with any party or wedding.

I had a few guests tell me she was rude, and interrupted the bride and grooms last dance to ask about clean up. That definitely could have waited two more minutes to not interrupt that special moment.

I would really like to know who said I was rude. I seemed to get along with everyone at your wedding? I interrupted your dance because my time was done bartending and the weather was terrible and I could of just left but your family was cleaning up and your dad asked me where the boxes were at to put the booze in and I was just trying to help them because the shuttle was waiting to take them to the hotel and come to find out you didn't have any so I put the alcohol in anything I could find so it would be easy for them to carry. I guess I should have just left and done nothing. I even cleaned up your tables throughout the night so there wasn't a lot to clean off the tables when I left. I told you to buy straws and you didn't so I brought some and were all used and snacks for bar and they all got eaten.
