- What types of customers have you worked with?
General household cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms and the like. Also cleaning out closets and attics and garages so the car can fit back in. We can help document the item you want to donate and by the way we have done estate sales in the past and have a blast running them. They are so much fun. We also try to help our customers hand pick items that will sell well online as we have had an online store for over 9 years now.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently a client of mine had a father pass away. I helped the family sort and clean out his residence. It was challenging since I had cared for him for a year and we became very close. But I was happy that I could help the family out in what was for them a very sad time. I hope that my help made things just a bit easier.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to check references. Hire someone who owns their own company. That way they have a higher stake in the company and it's success. If you hire someone from a franchise who never know who they will send. One lady said she didn't want someone who walked around the house on her cell phone all day. You won't find that here.
