Middy is definitely the shark you want in your corner. We have experience firsthand with Middy with our successful home purchase, and second-hand through a close friend with whom Middy helped sell a home. Both experiences were stellar. For our home purchase, Middy was on-the-ball every step of the way, and had an arsenal of top notch resources for us to use. Our lender experience was great, as was our inspector- both recommended by Middy. In a competitive market where it seems there are more real estate agents than there is real estate- one must choose wisely! Middy has our highest recommendation. Despite being busy with her success as a realtor, she was available for last-minute appointments and was a fast communicator.
With my friend's home sale in Ypsilanti, Middy was able to sell the house for $18K more than my friend expected. She had suggestions for easy updates that really made already-solid house more appealing. She was the second agent my friend worked with. The first agent had much, much lower expectations for the sale price and did not have any witty ideas about simple updates. Nor did they have the kind of technology Middy offers her clients such as walk-through videos for the listing! She stays current with technology and is a professional photographer- she has the best tools for the job and clearly knows how to optimize them in her field.
