She wrote by-laws, policies and procedures, contingency plans, and sexual harassment policy for the Kingsley Ambulance Service. Marsha was the Chairperson for Paradise Township Parks and Recreation Board where she co-authored a Parks and Recreation Master Plan, and wrote grants.
