Introduction: Hello! I am a certified personal trainer. I got my certification through the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Academy) and am currently taking new clients. I train at Snap Fitness of Haslett and Mason. You do not need to be a member of Snap to train with me there. I am highly motivated, and love to help my clients meet their goals. I enjoy my job, and I love to make health and fitness fun for anyone of any experience level. My current clients are seeing results from their hard work with me! Come join them! Fitness and Running are a passions of mine, that I enjoy sharing with clients. I just completed the Horse Capital Marathon in Lexington, Kentucky in May and I was just selected to run the Mackinac Bridge prior to the walk on Labor Day this year. I also was selected and am currently training to run the Chicago Marathon this October.

I feel amazing every time I work with Kirsty! She really pushes me to do my best, and I've seen quick results. Very tough yet compassionate towards inexperienced athletes like myself. She has a vast knowledge of both body toning and muscle building exercises. I am very pleased with the my results in such a short period of time.

    For every new client, I begin with a fitness assessment. A fitness assessment is a series of 4 different exercises testing cardio level, muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility. This helps me customize a training plan to exactly fit your needs and goals.
