Inspections shouldn’t cost a lot, if they’re done right and performed efficiently. Why should a home inspection cost $100.00 or more per hour. Most inspections are 3 to 4 hours, and our prices begin at $190. 4. We don't get our referrals strictly from real estate agents. Why? Because some Realtors only refer mediocre inspectors for a free lunch or even a payoff. We don't work for them! We work for you, and we go through the home with a fine-toothed comb.
