We want our customers to be satisfied with our work, which is why we provide open communications throughout the duration of each move. we never cut corners, even when its more expensive. some of my competitors are cheaper , but i'll take the time to make sure you're 100% happy. The two men did a good job. They were very patient with me. A previously broken bookcase prevented them from moving it and 3 others. I wasn't able to direct them as well as I had planned due to 2 helpers from another business not being able to work with me before the movers arrived. My only issue is that the cost was not consistent. I was told several times I'd be getting a deal and the senior discount I requested. I asked for the complete total several times and was told different from what my credit card was charged. Despite being told over and over what the final charge would be, the owner decided to tack on $35 additional fees. I wanted to let others know what a good deal and treatment I received but the additional $35 has almost ruined the good performance.
