Most common jobs we do is lawn care (including fall and spring clean-up), apartment cleaning, property preservation (trash-outs, sales cleans, home repairs, board-ups, lawn care), hallway, clubhouse and fitness center cleaning, Office cleaning (including bathrooms, elevators, lobbies, kitchens, etc)
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We currently clean the hallways, apartments, club house and fitness center for a apartment complex (Woodbury Gardens Apartments) in Ann Arbor Michigan. Our team is proud to complete it each week. Also, every August we clean student housing (300 units) for University of Michigan students at a student housing community in Ann Arbor (Courtyard Student Housing)
