- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is fair for the high quality of teaching and is non-negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to the first lesson we begin with a conversation about goals. This can happen at the start of a lesson or before via phone or e-mail. For prior learners: After this I hear a sample of playing and frankly give my assessment of where the student is at and what the needs are. For total beginners: We jump straight into teaching. After a trial period, the student may be asked to join the studio or seek other options.
