I have been very happy with the exceptional property management service that Josh and his team at RPM Optimum have provided. Josh is very detail-oriented, and goes the extra mile for owners at all times. I am a long-distance investor, and rely on his team from pre-acquisition estimates of rent through full property management. Josh follows up immediately on any questions or issues that may arise and has a solid network of contractors if they should be needed. I highly recommend Josh and his team; I can't imagine operating my rental property business without their service and expertise.
