- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pro Electric has a minimum trip charge for all service calls, and most service calls are between an hour to two hours. Pro Electric also offers competitive pricing on all bid jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an email or phone conversation to figure out the needs to be successfully resolved. Upon arrival we will discuss everything more in-depth and upon completion with excellent customer satisfaction, we will close the job out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience in troubleshooting and highly technical electrical installations. Pro Electric is also certified on Briggs and Stratton standby generators.
