- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we charge $37.00 per gardener per hour for garden maintenance $42.00 per gardener per hour for install/removal $75.00 per hour for garden consult $35.00 Trip Charge per visit $0 - $200 - Debris Removal * plants and materials are an extra fee ex: edging, mulch, rabbit repellent
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we stop out and give a free estimate for the project. We find out what they are looking for - find out what the budget is and how often are they looking for service. Once we have determined we are on the same page we will send out an email for them to confirm project scope, cost and how often service will be preformed. When we get the confirmation email we ask the clients pays 50% down for the project. This is to confirm and schedule the project. Once we begin the project, the customer will be billed for service as we go beyond the original down payment. We are a four season service providing spring, summer, fall, and winter service. When we get toward fall we will create a project plan together with our client, this is to put the gardens to bed the way the client would like.

Yes every year we have continued education classes on landscaping and new plant varities - and we enjoy every minute.
