- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I complete a walk around of the property with the customer and learn their expectations prior to provided a free quote for services. While my prices are competitive, I never promise to be the cheapest. If the only criteria a customer is looking for is short grass and the cheapest price, I am not the right fit. If the customer is looking for a great result with a responsive and responsible company, you've found the right company.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Many of us, at one time or another, have dedicated much of our time to our children's extracurricular activities. This was no different for me and is how I found myself in the lawn care and snow removal business. I was asked by my child's coach to perform such duties to offset the high cost of tuition. After a couple of years, my work got noticed by others and I was asked to work on other properties. It is work that I very much enjoy, especially looking at the quality of the finished product.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common jobs are lawn mowing and trimming and snow plowing and snow blowing. My customers not only receive short grass; They receive a beautiful result that stands out against other lawns in the neighborhood.
