- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For alterations we schedule a fitting, then I do the work and schedule a 2nd fitting to make sure all the alterations work as desired. For custom garments, I usually meet and come up with a sketch or plan of action, the customer orders the materials needed to check everything is correct before coming to me to get the work done.
