- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices I offer include the (a) Photo session and (b) High Quality Digital images, to be send online. Duration of the photo session and number of images will be agreed with the cliente - as will be the price - case by case. Clients will also have the possibility to acquire printed images of their collections, in several types of materials, formats and sizes, ordering online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st) At the first contact I'll understand what the client expect, what can I offer and will be the general cost for the job; 2nd) In a second contact will discuss particularities of the job, wardrobe (if necessary) scenery, and any work-related details. 3rd) On the schedule date and time, job will happen. 4th) In up to five days I will provide a link of the client collection - password secured - for the client to choose the images he/she likes. IMPORTANT: Clients will have minimum 20 (twenty) finished DIGITAL and ONLINE images edited and in high quality; There's no limit up, meaning, if I found that there's 200 images that worth be edited, uploaded to the client collection, and client choose all the 200 images to have it online, he or she will have it with no addition cost. Minimum 20, with no max up. 5th) Once the client choose the images, I'll (a) provide in up to 3 days a link so the client can download the images, in high quality. At the same time (b) the collection will be updated to the chosen images and the client can order ( c) Printed images choosing material, size, quantity and so, straight in their collection. Prices will be informed by the platform online. *Collection will be available for the client check at any time. 6th) Job Concluded.
