Transformer and control went out on my furnace, called home care and they were out the next day. Unfortunately it being an older system and the repair being a bit pricier it looks as though replacement would be a better option.Bob the technician walked me through everything and was extremely honest and forthcoming about all the details of all of my options. I wasnt able to afford the new system at the moment so we moved ahead with the repairs. Bob ordered the parts and I look forward to working with home care for the repair and the future replacement of my furnace.
