- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for each service that covers the majority of people in that situation. If your project is more complicated, we may charge a complexity fee to cover those extra complications. We will alert you as soon as we are aware that a complexity charge may apply. If you prefer, we can offer per-hour billing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary discovery call - we learn about your situation and see if we can be a good fit together. If so, we'll give you an estimate and a link to our client portal so you can upload your documents and answer some questions. If you have questions along the way, we're here to help!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, Crookston. I'm also an Enrolled Agent, meaning I've demonstrated enough tax knowledge to represent you before the IRS if any issues were to arise.
