FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes for Insurance claims we use the exact same pricing software that 95% of Insurance companies use. This allows us to work on what's important which is help our customers by working with their insurance company on the scope of damage and repairing homes to code. This makes it much easier to get the pricing worked out with insurance companies by using the same price list/software. It allows us to focus on the repairs that are actually needed with the insurance company because the pricing will be worked out which allows us agree upon price much faster so we can get to what matters the quickest, which is repairing your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure they know we are a NO MONEY DOWN company, we never ask for funds until we order material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in identifying storm and hail damage with courses similar to what adjusters must go through. I have been certified in subrogation and regularly take continuing education courses with various exterior product manufacturers. I also like to think I have very good "on the job" training. I have been inspecting and repairing homes for storm damage for my MN customers with over $15 Million in claims in my 20 years in the business. Our crews of course also go through product installation training.
