FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I do not it depends on what the job is if it's flooring I'd normally charge by the square foot unless it's a very small job or counter top where there would undoubtedly be many cuts and small pieces to make plus bull nose or quarter-round in the case of a counter top or stairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends entirely on how the customer wants to do business face to face, on the phone, or at the shop looking at and picking out materials and or supplies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did an apprenticeship as a tile setter, also I put all new carpet, laminate hardwood, and vinyl floors in my mother's house. I've also done auto repair on all my own vehicles as well as others for pay.
