Education is never over especially in this day and age where technology ages faster than a tomato! Staying current and constantly learning about new cutting edge tools in the industry help us stay a head of the curve. You just never know what a client may request.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Telling stories in a creative way is a calling and this is the calling we answer to. Stories have been told before our great grand parents through parables, proverbs, drawings and riddles. Today we tell stories best using motion pictures. Although they are frozen in time, seasons and years we can still watch them in motion. If you watched movies of yesteryear you will agree with that you can tell whether it was in the 70s, 80s or even the 90s by simply looking at a video in our peripheral vision. Isn't that fantastic? - Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
What do you do when you can't do what you want to do especially when you know it's the right thing to do? Judy Berry, the main character in this film has a can-do attitude and she isn't going to let a lot get in her way. She has a unique way of working her way around obstacles. She is both tenacious and inspiring. In a world of negativity and road blocks where ever we turn, Judy offers hope and a trust in one's ability to move through problems to get results. She offers a voice for people with dementia who cannot speak for themselves. She believes. Judy Berry is the founder of Lakeview Ranch Model of specialized dementia care and founder of Dementia Care Foundation. Lakeview Ranch Inc. is a long term care residential home for people with dementia - people that have a significant history with "aggressive behaviors". Dementia Care Foundation is a national non-profit 501c3 public charity that raises funds to support seniors with dementia in need of specialized care, but do not have these funds to access appropriate "specialized dementia care." This foundation is the brain-child of Judy Berry The most interesting about this project was to see the real life struggles our main character Judy went through to turn her idea into reality and the triumph of being the winner of a prestigious award.
