We offer flexible pricing to fit your specific needs. For Administrative Support (data entry, calendar management, research), we typically work on a monthly retainer basis, giving you a set amount of dedicated hours per month so you have predictable costs. For Systems Projects (like setting up a new CRM or website audit), we offer flat-fee project pricing. We are happy to discuss a custom package that blends daily support with long-term improvements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Efficiency is our priority. Onboarding Call: We quickly review your current tools (email, calendar, software) and define the specific tasks you need to offload. Access & Setup: We securely establish access to your necessary accounts. The "Fix": We don't just do the work; we organize it. If your files or contacts are messy, we structure them as we go. Regular Check-ins: We provide brief weekly updates on completed tasks so you always know the status of your business without having to micromanage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from real-world application. As owners of a separate seasonal business with over 70 5-star reviews, we have personally handled every aspect of business administration—from bookkeeping and data entry to high-level marketing strategy. We understand the specific pressure of running a small business and the critical importance of accuracy and speed in administrative work.
