Introduction: I offer massage to clients, specializing in relaxation and soft tissue bodywork. I do integrated massage, which could be a light touch, and lymph massage or deep tissue work, for their knotted and tight muscles.
My clients love the attention and time I allocate for their specific needs. Essential oils and warm towel are also added for comfort and well-being. My clients like the light muscle-warming techniques that I use as I move through the massage.

I had my first full body massage with Connie last night Nov. 15th. She asked me quesitons on what is going on with my body, concerns and what I am looking for with a massage. I am going through major stress in my life right now with losing my job soon. I told her I mainly need stress relief and I injured my neck in April and need that worked on as the neck is getting so stiff and painful now.
She got started with me and immediately I felt relaxed. With the essential oils, the soothing music, comfort lighting and the warm bed and then she started her magic. She knew exactly where to work, how hard or light to work muscles and I have felt thing "pop" as things are being released. I took the 1 hour session and it was worth every minute and every dollar spent. I know this is going to help both my stress and my neck. I am so looking forward to my next session...wished it was right now already.
I thankd God last night and this morning for Connie, for her knowledge in her profession to help me. I know she can do the same for anyone else out there looking for stress relief, or a muscle that needs to be worked on, anything. I also thank Mary for giving me Connie's number. My only regret is.... I wished I had done this since April when I fell on my chin and when I got news of our company moving out of state.
