Overall very average experience. The responsiveness and scheduling was quick. Worked quickly, but failed to do one of the agreed upon tasks. When I received the invoice, it was much higher than it should have been. I had to reach back out and ask about the invoice and the incomplete task. They did have someone out the next day to complete the task but didn’t tell me a time range they would come (luckily my husband and I work from home and could be flexible). The invoice was vague and I had to ask for further detail as to what I was paying for - ex. They charge customers starting from when they leave the office to arrive at the location (makes sense!) however the workers stopped at a gas station on their way from the office to my home to buy water and snacks - should that be on my dime? Maybe, but that strikes me as something you should do prior to the work day. The yard was left a mess, which wasn’t necessarily anything they HAD to do but would have been really nice if they left the space clean, I had to do a lot of cleanup after the fact. Would not use this company again.
